INJURY PROCEDURES (U13 AND ABOVE)

  1.  If your injury occurs during a match, have yourself assessed by the on-site therapist.
  2.  Depending on the nature of the injury, it is recommended to put ice for 15-20 minutes every 2 hours or as often as possible.
  3.  Before returning to play, get reassessed. To do this, you can come and meet our therapist on Tuesdays in Lausanne between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  4.  According to a pre-established schedule, each player will be entitled to a 15-20 minute consultation with the therapist.
  5.  During the assessment, if we notice that you need additional treatments, we will recommend that you make an appointment with Karla by email at [email protected], or contact yours.
  6.  The coaches will be updated on your injury.
  7.  If you decide to go see your therapist, information about your injury should be communicated to your coach and the club therapist for better follow-up.
